First baking after the trip
Usually I only make my French bread with 1/3 whole-wheat flour, but after a week of vacation, I was driven out of desperation to try a little bit more.
And my beautiful half-whole-wheat French bread was an excellent replacement for the fuzzy loaf of homemade bread we came home to that I forgot to put in the freezer before we left on vacation.
Do you miss your homemade food when you're away from home? I always crave lentils, and this time I missed my whole grains like crazy.

I crave salads and veggies and fresh fruit.
