We've been enjoying hot cocoa almost every day with dinner lately. Aside from being warm and yummy, it also helps bribe Tiger Lily to eat her dinner. We've been using hot cocoa mix from the LDS cannery, which is fabulous, and I add about 3/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract per quart. Mmm.
I am trying to think up a few more ideas of warm drinks for a little variety.
- Hot cocoa with other extracts added, such as coconut or orange
- Hot apple cider
- Hot honey lemonade
- Hot vanilla
