I just figured out how easy bread bowls are to make. Just take half your French bread dough and shape it into rounds.
By the way, I highly recommend the French bread recipe I use. You can't go wrong with it, and you don't even have to knead.
This particular batch was made with almost all white flour. I made it on a Friday, and we immediately devoured the entire loaf with dinner. We saved the bowls for Sunday, and I had some soup in the slow cooker, and it gave me a nice, relaxing Sunday with no cooking.
