I love cauliflower .so good and good for you.. A lady wrote on facebook that she made pizza crust from cauliflower and it was really good and her kids even liked it. I must find that recipe?????? The photo of the pizza really looked yummy.

My family has not been fooled by my attempts to make cauliflower sound delicious. Drat. I like it though! Cauliflower soup, raw cauliflower, etc. I guess I haven't tried roasting it yet, but they weren't impressed with the roasted broccoli, so who knows how it will go. Sigh. I'm glad yours turned out good!
