Simple sugar-free muesli


I made this muesli last week and we gobbled it right up. It's similar to my cheap granola, but it's sweetened with apple juice, and it's even simpler to make.

Simple, sugar-free muesli

2 cups flake cereal, such as corn flakes
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup sliced almonds
2/3 cup apple juice concentrate

Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Add apple juice concentrate and mix until all ingredients are coated. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet (greased). Bake about 20 minutes, stirring once or twice, until light brown and crisp. Let cool completely before storing. Makes about 8 cups.
