Dairy-free pie crust



I've been using this recipe for years because oil is less bad for you than butter and shortening. Now it's really coming in handy because it's dairy-free.


Oil pie crust

2 cups flour
⅔ cup canola oil
6 tablespoons ice water
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Mix ingredients together. Roll out with plenty of flour or between waxed paper sheets. Makes 1 double crust.
