All I did was slice a fresh lemon into a pint jar and fill with honey. A spoonful or two of this added to a cup of hot water is just right for chilly weather.

Do you refrigerate it or is it ok to keep on the counter? I like to put a pinch of thyme in with my honey and lemon concoctions.
I keep it in the fridge. I don't know how it would do on the counter. Thyme sounds good. I'll have to try that.
