The quilt is done

I've been putting off finishing it for over a year because I didn't know how. Turns out that all I had to do was try. It's not perfect, but it's perfectly functional, and Red Chief doesn't care that some of my seams are a bit crooked.

Now I want to start a new one.

  4. Great job on the quilt. And good analogy to life...sometimes we don't try because we think it might be too hard. But after trying, it actually turns out easier than we originally thought. I find that happens quite often in my life.

  5. I like the colors, and I'm sure your son will be just as warm and cozy, regardless of the flaws that only you see.
    Good job!
