Where's Waldo?

Red Chief did not want to go to sleep yesterday. So here he is, two hours after his regular naptime. I eventually gave up and just left him in his room to get himself to sleep, which I probably should have done in the first place.

Cushions removed, vent pulled out, furniture upended, diapers emptied, books scattered, bed stripped, socks removed, closet door opened and shut fifty-jillion times . . . and finally, a sleeping baby.

  1. This is just too cute!! I'm so glad Mo hasn't learned to get out of his crib, because then I will be in the same boat!

  2. I always loved it when Red when insist he did not need a nap and then he would fall asleep in the most random places.

  4. Absolutely adorable. :o) How come us adults can never fall asleep in positions so uncomfortable? LOL!

    Happy weekend!

  5. My little guy did the exact same thing yesterday- But since he also hasn't figured out how to get out of the crib I just got alot of banging on the walls to listen to...

  6. Isn't it funny that they pick such uncomfortable spots instead of moving over to the bed once they start getting drowsy? I guess that would require them recognizing that they were falling asleep and derail the whole thing, though.

  7. This is precious! My son will do that to his room too...at night there is every little excuse not to sleep. Then when I just leave him....he falls asleep on his own..but the room usually looks like a tornado hit it.
