Yeast-raised cornbread

This recipe
is amazing! I highly recommend it. Substitutions I used were white flour for white whole wheat and canned corn for fresh. I would probably just leave out the corn next time, though; it broke up the beautiful texture. This bread was definitely a nice change, and I will be making it again (and again and again).

  1. Thanks for sharing! I am interested in making this, although we will definitely leave the corn out too. Hubby wouldn't touch it otherwise.
