Pretty flowers

Mr. Mordecai brought me these lovely flowers today. He always gets me flowers on February 7 instead of on Valentine's Day because that is the anniversary of our first date. Carnations are my favorite, and so far, they've always lasted through Valentine's Day.

I couldn't find a vase, so I pulled out my teapot. A great use for it, since I don't drink tea! I'm actually glad I haven't unpacked the vases yet, since it forced me to be creative.
